We accept payfast and yoco
As most of our items are produced to order it will take approximately 3-5 days to produce before we can ship. Most supplements and consumables we do carry stock. For main city centres shipping is overnight via Fastway and for outlying areas, shipping can take up to 3 days..
If the item was defective or doesn’t fit we will gladly accept your returns up to 30 days provided that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.
We want to be sure that before you send it back, that if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. Either way, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact [email protected] with the details.
Your item will exchanged or refunded as long as:
You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
The item is in perfect condition and has not been worn or tampered with.
The item has a factory defect.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
