Directions of use

Transdermal:

Spray liberally onto the body daily.  Rub in and leave on.  This is safe to use on your animals as well.

Orally:

Spray 6 sprays into a glass of purified water or 100% fruit juice, drink daily.

For your animals add it to their drinking water, by adding 500ml of our magnesium & colloidal silver spray mix to every 1lt of water.
